It’s been an interesting year for the arts and culture sector, with the cultural policy launched in March turning Arts South Australia into Create SA, the Artists at Work Taskforce report released in July, and the value of the arts due to be enshrined in legislation before the end of the year with the Arts, Culture and Creative Industries Bill 2025.
In the lead up to the state election, AICSA will be developing a policy platform to guide our work in advocating for the sector in the next term of government. We want to hear from members and friends of AICSA about your ideas for the arts and culture sector.
